Domaine Remond collects only the information that you voluntarily provide through the waiting-list registration form: name, email address and country.
This information is used solely to:
manage the Domaine Remond waiting list;
communicate wine availability;
offer an allocation of Domaine Remond wines where applicable.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given when you submit the form.
Your personal data is not sold or used for unrelated marketing purposes. It may be processed by service providers necessary for the operation of the website and the registration form, including Squarespace.
Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards are used in accordance with applicable data-protection law. Squarespace’s current Data Processing Addendum provides for mechanisms including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data relating to people registered on the waiting list is retained for a maximum of three years from the date of the last contact, unless a different retention period is required in connection with an established commercial relationship or by law.
